Good Luck!  For the ins and outs see below!
Comprehensive Rules:

1.   Accounts

1a.  You will receive an account to enter.

1b.  Only this account will count and the password must not be changed.

1c.  Your accounts must remain at 0% until you're told trading can commence

1d.  At the end of each round your account will be deleted and you will be issued with a new account (I'll try to give you the same username and password as the previous account).  There will be at least one week between rounds.

1e.  You may not trade until you have your new account and a date on which you may trade.

2.   Points and Scoring

2a.  You will start with 501 Points on the 1st day, and must then reduce your total to zero in as few days as possible.[~]

2b.  This will occur by subtracting your % gain [$] (only whole numbers with no rounding) on Mondays and Fridays only, until your score is below 40.

2c.  Once your score is below 40 the game can be won by either getting a % gain which equals your score or by getting a chart position with a double number in it [*], i.e. 11, 22, 33... 1990 or something similar.

2d.  If your % gain is such that it will make your score negative then you are bust and therefore cannot win the tournament [#].

3.   Winners

3a.  There will be 9 rounds of darts.

3b.  Winners of the rounds will get a trophy and gain Team points for their position.

Points scoring is as follows:
Please note: even if you don't go bust but are last in the score board you will be subject to a 1 point penalty.
4.  Tiebreaks

In the event of a tiebreak, where 2 or more players have reached a score of 0 points by either having an exact %gain or by having a chart position containing a double number as specified above, the positions will be decided as follows:

     a.  %Gain will be taken over chart position.
     b.  The value of the %gain, highest first and only integers.
     c.  In the event there are 2 % gains the same, the previous scoring days
gains will be taken into account, highest first and so on.
     d.  Where chart positions are applicable, the best chart position will be
          taken over a lower position.

Notes

~  Only Mondays and Fridays will count as scoring days and for doub;es in chart positions.

$  Regardless of sign.  i.e. if it's a + or - score, only the number counts.

*  This may not occur on the same scoring day as your score is reduced to 40 or below.

#  Your %gain is always taken into account before your chart position, so regardless of your chart position if your %gain is greater than your score then you are bust.
